RecommendedOven would not heat up, they came out the same day I called (we live in Dickson). Igniter was ordered, got a call 3 days later to install the part. The gentleman who came to our house was very knowledgeable and friendly. I totally recommend this company!

David went above and beyond my expectations. My washer went out he delivered a new one late afternoon same day and had me back up and running.
Great people, excellent customer service, and very honest. I have bought parts from them in years past and they always were very knowledgeable and honest. I recently purchased a new set of Speed Queens from them and they delivered timely and hooked up everything. David even gave a demonstration of how to operate them.
My husband went elsewhere to buy a new dryer and decided to get a set.. after 3 weeks of being put off he said forget it. He made 1 phone call to Solls and he was there the very next day with exactly what we wanted. David had to even make a special trip to Nashville to get the gas dryer we wanted. The service was amazing and we are so happy with our purchase. You cant ask for better. Thanks to yall.
so it's been 4 years since I had Solls out to repair my washer. I was a hard pill to swallow but they explained why it was time to buy a new washer. we decided to purchase a Speed Queen from Solls. I am very happy with the service and new washer.

Went to Lowe’s looking for a dryer on Labor Day. However, it would be at least 2-3 weeks to get one delivered. Went local instead. Mr. Mills was able to get it delivered and installed in no time flat. He worked with my crazy work schedule and went out of his way to double check everything. Other places may send a crew of felons and drug addicts into your home but, Mr. Mills did the work himself. I felt comfortable and at ease with him being around my home. I would highly recommend. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Soll's has been to our home twice once for a washer repair and 2nd for a dryer repair. Both times we received great service, they are on time and very friendly and polite. Could not ask for a better service company.
