The control panel on my dishwasher went out and the owner of Soll's came out and replaced the panel with a new one and it took him no time at all. He was very polite, friendly, and professional

I've had to make a few service repair calls on my appliances over the last couple of months. Leslie is always friendly and helpful and makes sure I get scheduled as soon as possible. The technician has been on time for each one also. I highly recommend Soll's for any appliance repairs you may need!
Leslie was very friendly when helping me order a part for our washing machine. The part arrived within 2 days- earlier than expected. She promptly called to let us know, which we appreciated. We will keep using their service.
I have been going to Solls since we moved to Dickson Co. many years ago. They have new owner now but one thing they did was keep Leslie Gladden on with them which was a great decision! She always answers the phone in a very professional manner and is very helpful and knowledgeable about the parts I have needed
