If only I could give a ZERO star review. Please, for your own MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS, stay as FAR away from this piss-poor excuse for a provider of "psychiatric services." After spending multiple weeks playing a VERY one-sided game of phone tag with their CLEARLY unqualified scheduling assistants, my partner and I were referred to a therapist named Jared who MUST be staying employed there by playing the "it's my first day on the job routine" handsomely...not only did he overcharge us, but he was more than a little blunt ... read more
I am a social worker and I can say from first-hand experience, this facility is a literal joke. A youth was tested in July 2023. I witnessed the youth being prompted to give specific answers. I heard phrases like "Oh you mean" and "um well, ok" when the youth appeared to give "normal" answers to questions. I contacted Sollars numerous times for the psychological evaluation results. Three months later I received an email stating there was a $35 copay and that needed to be paid before the results would be released. I wasn't aw... read more
