Amanda is unequivacally the best thing thus far about Nashville! I’m relocating for work from Manhattan....in the Big Apple, renting an apartment is nothing less than a nightmare! Amanda Made this process seamless, easy, and at times fun! The fact I’m relocating to a new city and did this entire process via virtual reality (email, FaceTime, texting, phone calls), through Amanda was a god sent! Looking forward to my new home down south. Amanda made me a believer that Southern hospitality is a real thing! 🤠

I enjoyed the stop on the Nashville Downtown Home Tour at this location. Sales people were wonderful. The unit we toured was spacious and well designed and the building's location will be wonderful when surrounding construction is completed.
I'm looking to move to Nashville in the next few months, so I have been looking at all different places to live. I must say, meeting with Laura and having her take us on a tour of the place, was such a great experience and makes me even more excited to move down there. It's a beautiful place and even though it isn't finished quite yet, Laura really painted the picture for us to see how everything would look once it is completed. Thanks so much Laura!!

Wow, Amanda at Solis was one of the most thoughtful and conscientious representatives with whom I have ever met. The professionalism displayed throughout the entire process, from engagement to touring and follow up made seeing and learning about the property a delight. It is an extremely well-done community, and if Amanda is any indication of the standard they uphold form their product to their people, it is going to be an equally enjoyable place to call home.
homes are beautiful already and they aren't even done yet! Best customer service I've ever received was touring with Amanda (I think that's what her name was). if I didn't decide to stay where I am now I would have signed just due to the top-notch customer service! definitely recommend these apartments
