We moved into Solis in late June. We worked with Amanda and she has been very helpful and accommodating throughout. She even helped with having our movers access the apt before we arrived as our move from Houston were delayed by a few days. Our overall experience has been wonderful and we would highly recommend this apartment complex. Great staff and a great community!
I ended up living somewhere else, but the staff here were so helpful and nice throughout the process! They were quick with emails, and walked me through a virtual tour when I was unable to tour in person. Super nice people!
The rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. I’m glad I didn’t rent here and have encouraged my friends to look elsewhere. There are so many other properties to choose from.
We love living in Solis North Gulch! Sophie has been amazing to us since day one and truly cares about us and our wellbeing. She is so genuinely friendly and our pup absolutely adores her! The building is brand new and modern and the amenities are great. Love the gym and pool area. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live! The entire team there is the best!
When we began looking for apartments in downtown Nashville, Solis North Gulch immediately became our top pick! Amanda Allison scheduled our visit and gave us a thorough tour of all the amazing amenities, potential units, and answered all of our questions — she is AWESOME!!! ♥️ Amanda has continued to work with us through the leasing process, providing assistance about every aspect of our move! I took a tour of the Solis North Gulch Apartments about 2 weeks ago. Amanda gave me a great tour of the place, and the application process was so fast and effortless. I have lived here a week now, and I absolutely love this complex. The staff is friendly, personable, and extremely helpful. Also, my neighbors have been very nice as well. There is definitely a sense of community here. I’m glad that I chose to live here.
