It’s a nice new facility BUT buyer beware!! Brand new apartment with a pipe bursting above you gets you a patch job but not an option for a mold free new living quarter like you are paying thousands of $$$$ a month to live in!!
Amanda was so kind & welcoming to my sister and I. She was so helpful with all of our questions we had and she even gave us her cell phone number so that we could text her with any questions. She knew everything about the apartments inside & out and I think it says a lot about the quality of the apartments considering she lives and works there!
Took a tour of both a one bedroom and studio last week! Amanda was very personable and answered all of our questions! Great location and if you are looking for an awesome gym with peloton bikes! The pool is set to be finished end of June and will be heated! �
Gorgeous!!!! Amanda was top notch in making sure all questions were answered! Definitely the place to be if you want to live downtown Nashville!
Laura was fantastic and both her and Amanda were super sweet and super patient... I like to talk � The tour was amazing and they were so wonderful helping me picture myself in a one of the homes ... already using the pics to arrange my furniture. Thanks for everything Laura and Amanda!!
Toured many apartments around the Nashville area, and nothing compared to the incredible customer service and friendliness of the Solis North Gulch staff! Amanda in the leasing office and her team really go above and beyond to make sure you get the perfect home thats the best fit for you! Great location, amazing apartments/amenities, and friendly, service-driven staff. What else could you ask for in an apartment complex? :)
RecommendedFabulous apartments and amenities, loved the roof top club and common area. Adding a green egg only makes it better. And the management team was incredibly professional, Amanda was energetic and very knowledgeable about every apartment options and all added facilities!! Definitely one of my favorite locations....
Just signed my lease and the process was very easy! Cannot wait to move in this community.
