Great customer service – The person on the phone was very friendly. They came out when they said they would and my television was fixed on time and for the price they quoted. The service technician that came to the house was very informative and knowledgeable about my tv. I would highly recommend this company and have to many of my friends.
Receptionist is rude, communications problems. Do not come when they say they will. Would not recommend.
