Solidity Studio was absolutely amazing! I attended the Pilates Strength class, and the instructor was exceptional. Her instructions were clear, encouraging, and easy to follow, and her coaching made the entire experience both challenging and enjoyable. I left feeling energized my body truly feels alive! The studio is incredibly clean, conveniently located, and feels very safe. I highly recommend Solidity Studio!
It’s my first time doing reformer Pilates and Deirdra made me feel so comfortable, the trainings have been so beneficial for healing from a back injury. Amazing experience here!!
I have been going to this studio through ClassPass for 2 months now and absolutely love it! I have tried other studios and I just don’t feel as challenged at other studios. Erielle specifically teaches in layers which allows you to do more difficult flows if you feel you need more of a challenge. Solidity is absolutely my go to studio.
