We had technician Mike come out to service our home in Redford today. I cannot say enough great things! He was punctual, kind, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He took his time and did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend Solidified!

He took the time to go room by room with my family and me. He explained the whole process step by step. Jordan came out and did a wonderful job. Very nice, professional, and informative. He explained the inspection in detail and the amount of time it would take. A very throughly inspection was done. He even offered some helpful tips to keep the squirrels from entering my home. The amount charged was the same amount as the quote with no unexpected additional cost. Luckily I didn’t have a problem but if one arise in the future, I will definitely call them back.
Excellent company to deal with! It was easy to schedule an appointment and the man that came out did a wonderful job in getting rid of many many moles that I had in my yard. I would definitely call them for any other services I need. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
