Solidified was a wonderful company to work with! The office staff listened well to the issues I was having, explained my options, and had a tech out on site the next day. Logan really knows his stuff, was polite, professional and very thorough. Great service.
Jordan was AMAZING!!!! He was so easy to talk to and explain the issues I was having as well as the areas I was seeing mice. Jordan from Solidified Pest Control provided one of the most thorough examinations around the parameters of my home and attic. There was evidence of a racoon in the attic, we moved forward with his services on Monday and by Friday everything was completed. The trap was removed, he took preventive measures by sealing the entry point (attic gable vents) with galvanized mesh wire and cleaning the attic (removed feces, nest, etc.). The entire process was efficient, timely, and seamless thanks to Jordan.
Steve came out on our initial inspection and months after to seal up our home. He goes above and beyond and really tries to address all your concerns when it comes to pest control in your home. He explains everything before he does it and then walks through with you on every little detail after which I really appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and put in a lot of hard work. I really appreciated his professionalism and all the time he put in towards our house.
John was very professional and courteous. He answered all questions and concerns we had . He went above and beyond to catch a squirrel that got into my basement.. On top of already catching the ones that got into my attic,,, my daughter definitely was happy he caught the squirrel in the basement… He did not leave until he caught it.. I definitely recommend solidified pest control 10/10
