Darcy is a terrible landlord that only looks out for profit margins and has no consideration for people. I've seen her blow up at contractors and tell me that they are "useless people" like I'm in her good crowd. But that turned me off because she has a face for the public and a different one for when she thinks she can treat you poorly. Don't live with her inflated prices and find a different realtor. I promise it's not worth it.
