Darcy is a terrible landlord that only looks out for profit margins and has no consideration for people. I've seen her blow up at contractors and tell me that they are "useless people" like I'm in her good crowd. But that turned me off because she has a face for the public and a different one for when she thinks she can treat you poorly. Don't live with her inflated prices and find a different realtor. I promise it's not worth it.
Peggy did an amazing job. This was our first time buying a home and we had a very limited budget trying to move into a very cutthroat market in Madison. We had some setbacks but Peggy stuck with us and was tenacious in finding us a place. We are very happy with the place we bought and are very lucky we had Peggy as a realtor. I would recommend Solidarity to anyone interested in moving to the area. Thank you so much!!!
