I have been paying loan for 6 months and system hasn't been turned on. Customer service is terrible can't get ahold of anyone

We were told it would take about 3 weeks for the installation. It took 6 months and almost losing our financing for the job to be finished. Their communication with us was so poor we had to talk to the salesperson in order to get any answers about the installation. In fact, I'm still not sure they're done - I was shocked when I got a "review prompt" email from Goodleap. The salesperson also gave us blatantly wrong information.
