Worst costumer service have had this system for over 3.5 years and only have I been able to reach them 3 times for service and they randomly shut off.
I have been paying loan for 6 months and system hasn't been turned on. Customer service is terrible can't get ahold of anyone
My husband was hired in the same week we had our baby. They were great to him that first week. They ended up firing a bunch of employees and my husband being one of them. We were told it would take about 3 weeks for the installation. It took 6 months and almost losing our financing for the job to be finished. Their communication with us was so poor we had to talk to the salesperson in order to get any answers about the installation. In fact, I'm still not sure they're done - I was shocked when I got a "review prompt" email from Goodleap. The salesperson also gave us blatantly wrong information.
