After looking into health & well being and natural fertility treatments I found acupuncture. This place was close to me and I liked what I read so I decided to give it a try. Would give more stars if I could. I’ve been training with David for a couple of months now and not only has he helped move me towards my fitness goal but he also made sure it was done properly and safe since I am a big guy with knee problems. All respect to him! Will still be continuing my journey 👍🏽
I strongly recommend Solfit and David!! David is kind, thoughtful, and very knowledgeable in his field of expertise. He is supportive, firm, and encouraging during the workout sessions which helps me give my best. The private workout sessions and the recovery therapy afterwards are highly affective and I see and feel the results.
My wife and I have been going to David for about 3 months with goals to improve our overall health. David has motivated us and has supported this change in a positive manner. My wife and I weren’t fans of working out but our sessions have been fun and very informative.
