I moved in to a newly renovated apartment in March 2016. A few weeks after moving in, I had guests coming to visit from out of state. I came home on a Thursday night, the night my guests were arriving, to a spider infestation. There are pendant lights in the kitchen, and spiders were coming out of the ceiling around the pendant lights. THOUSANDS of spiders. Overall, great place to live. Even though we are pretty happy here, some of the renovations are making us nervous about the lease renewal. No upgrades in our place, and we're OK with that for what we pay. We will move if the new rate is unreasonable.
I have been here almost 2 years and they are pretty consistent and work in a timely manner to get things fixed if it's something major.. I'm still waiting on a minor fix for over a month. Overall it's a great place staff is friendly, they often have something going on for the kids and sometimes the adults.. I'm happy with my choice to move here!
Great place to live!
We lived there for five months while our new house was being built. We had no issues and were very pleased with all the employees. The manager there was very attentive and very helpful with any requests that we had. The complex grounds were very well kept and groomed. The office area and club house were very nice and clean.
