Great ready for BS. This place is the biggest rip off!! My sons lived here one year, and when they left they were charged $90 for painting, $150 for cleaning, and $69 for a new ceiling fan!!! First of all my sons only lived there one year and never put up one picture. The paint was pristine when they left!!! Secondly we put up a brand new ceiling fan to replace the piece of crap that they had up. Thirdly we cleaned the place very well before leaving!! These apartments are crowded, THERE IS NO PARKING!! I have been here almost 2 years and they are pretty consistent and work in a timely manner to get things fixed if it's something major.. I'm still waiting on a minor fix for over a month. Overall it's a great place staff is friendly, they often have something going on for the kids and sometimes the adults.. I'm happy with my choice to move here!
