You need to reserve your card online or over the phone to even book a reservation. I don’t know if I wasn’t friendly or was giving rude vibes, but I personally did not find the ladies nice. Maybe in the website, where I missed, that says how there’s a flat fee and then there will be an additional price of whatever your hairstylist feels like charging on top of that flat fee once you’re in the chair, and it still ask you for a tip.
