Contacted this office to schedule an eye exam and was told the soonest appointment is two months away. For an optometry office, that level of delay is unacceptable, especially for patients with vision concerns. Extremely disappointing. Would not recommend.
Worse place scam alert This medical group is completely unprofessional and misleading. I have keratoconus, which is a serious corneal condition and an urgent medical issue, not something cosmetic or optional. I was last seen over 50 days ago, and at that time I was explicitly told that on January 26, 2026, I would finally be seen by a cornea specialist. I had a 9:10am appointment. Soledad Eye Surgery changed it from a date in January, due to they would be closed. It is 9:55am and I have not been called in, and this is the first of two waiting areas that are in series of waiting. This occurs every time I come. I need to look into another office.
Personal extremadamente ineptos y ademas groceros. Llame para verificar mi cita pero parece que notienen la capacidad de buscar en su sistema. Llame a la extencion de citas y me dirigieron con aprovaciones y no pudieron resolver ni confirmar mi cita. Inutiles.
No puedo creer que tengan 4 estrellas es el peor servicio que dan a los pacientes en esta clínica, para empezar las "recepcionistas" que están sentadas ahí nunca contestan las llamadas, nos tratan muy mal son groseras piensan que uno como paciente vamos a pedir el servicio gratis, segundo: se burlan de nosotros (los pacientes) en inglés conmigo lo hicieron (yo les dije que solo hablaba español).
