Max is an amazing human and an amazing realtor! He did a great job of demystifying and simplifying the process for us and walking us through each step. He was constantly available and responsive to questions and concerns we had and he helped us find the perfect house! He was also knowledgeable about options for bank programs that helped us to save substantially on our closing costs due to the census tract we purchased in. Overall, it doesn't get much better for house hunting in Erie!
