I worked with Josiah Toni’s son. I definitely did NOT receive 5 star service! My realtor did not care about me or put my needs first! First I felt he was encouraging me to accept a lowball offer which is for another one of their clients which seems pretty unethical to me. Then he was not very helpful or accommodating with my busy work schedule and he included things in the sale that I was not aware of and when I told him it was a problem he didn’t care just told me too bad you signed the contract!
