Jason was great to work with as a first-time homebuyers! He was always available to answer our questions and requests to see properties–and we saw quite a few over several months. He honestly answered with his opinions as we asked about pricing, locations, etc. I will absolutely recommend him to any friends I know looking to buy or sell in the Des Moines area!

I am so grateful to work with Jason! I literally was about to give up when I met Jason. I had been given the runaround and been turned down. Within a week of talking with Jason, he helped me get a banker, get preapproved and a list of homes in my price range! Before I found my dream home I had almost settled for an okay but not me house. Jason helped my wife and I both sell our home and buy a new home and we could not be happier with him. He was always there for us even on weekends, late nights, and when he was out of town. My last experience with a realtor was a personal friend and I was worried about getting a new stranger to help me with buying and selling a home but Jason did nothing but treat me with the respect and kindness that I would expect from a friend. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

Jason helped my wife and I sell our house on the south side of Des Moines. He was very responsive, got us great deals on the purchase and sale of the home and went above and beyond to help us with some needed repairs during our sale while we were out of state. I highly recommend Jason!

Jason was wonderful from start to finish. We first contacted him a year ago when we were looking to buy. When we finally found the perfect place a year later he was still there giving use great advice and helping us every step of the way. He was always honest, direct, and friendly. Jason was never pushy or itching for a sale; he let us lead the way and offered feedback as we needed it or asked. We can't recommend him strongly enough. Great shoes, too.
