Absolutely disgusted with J and A Used Car Dealership. They sold me a 2014 Honda Pilot and straight-up lied through text saying “nothing was wrong.” Got it home and discovered it had clearly bottomed out before, the rear driveshaft is misaligned, and FIVE lug nuts were missing—a massive safety hazard that could’ve ended in disaster.
