We dealt with Solarwise over 10 years ago when we first went solar and we never had a problem it has always worked well I asked to do more so 7 years ago they added a hot water system that runs through the solar panels already installed. A few years ago I asked to go battery they advised not too just wait till the batteries get better that was good advice also now we installed more up to date panels and 2 batteries which runs the whole farm including 2 houses. We cannot be happier with the service.
SolarWise has proven to be a reliable company to deal with. From a well prepared plan for our needs, to installing the solar panels and battery on time, the very neat work including clean up, and now the delivery of power both day and overnight. We have not used any grid power since the system was installed, although this will change as we use electricity to heat the house over winter.
From our initial visit to Solarwise and our discussions with Ian to get information regarding solar panels and right through the entire process to installation our experience was excellent. To begin with, Ian set out all our options and provided print information, giving us the opportunity to take time to understand the process. He then organised a site visit to look at the best options for our 1935 cottage. He then provided more information and recommendations for us regarding the addition of a battery.
