Egh Best for families, lots of kids an odd cars coming an going. Unregistered vehicles don't matter since the management don't care. Pool is small, located by a field so bugs are always getting in the apartments.

Meh Average. That's all that comes to mind when talking about Solaris Ranch apartments. After being bought by company, rules left and right, paperwork going "missing" and a pool that is half the size that is pictured and horribly over treated. Children are not allowed to washable sidewalk chalk, rules on what is allowed on your patio. The good things are the rickety old swing set was torn down and replaced with a play gym.

Horrible mgmt, subpar apts Before I give you all the cons I will at least give the pros. The people who live here are actually not too bad, especially considering the neighborhood. Not too loud, keep to themselves and don't seem to cause any trouble. There are a lot of kids and while I'm sure there's a few who don't behave most just love playing outside in the park.
