Great service, fast response, and this was the second time we have used Solaris Heating and Air services. The first time was for heater maintenance, 3 or 4 years ago, and we were very satisfied with both the work done and pricing. The ‘old’ heater worked great for years until it gave out and stopped in mid-January. They never showed up for the apt time! I called them several times to two different phone numbers and nobody answers the office I. Their office. Waited at home all morning for their Tek after all my. Calls the office guy called me 45 minutes after the deadline for them to show up telling me the Tek truck had " broken down" but THEY NEVER BOTHER TO LET ME KNOW. Unprofessional and obviously BAD SERVICE!
Absolutely the worst service. Was stuck with them because of AC/home warranty through our landlord. Engaged their work in the late winter in order to resolve the AC issue prior to the hot months. It took three visits (spaced over a month and a half) just to diagnose a faulty condenser (unit less than a year old, so under warranty). I had to repeatedly call and I think they kept forgetting what part was needed. Finally ordered the coil and it took over a month and a half to get the part and install it.
