Worst apartments ever There is constant flooding and our water got shut off constantly because they only temporarily fix the pipes and they break again and flood so they have to keep turning off the water. We got charged for a dog we didn't have plus a late fee for not knowing about the extra charge we got for our friends emotional support animal being in our apartment one time. Despicable 5 star rating here is FAKE The management here is CURRUPT. Thay have taken over from City Park, but no better customer service, the office team has 0% talent or skill, and the manager Nina even admitted that the 'girls down in the office can't be trusted to take a message" and to tell her to her face if something is wrong. Stay away from solara! This place is terrible. They feed on the poor meaning, they get you in and show you a place that seems sorta nice so you sign the lease, then when you find out it's a terrible disgusting place to live you're too broke to move out. I've had cockroaches, bedbugs, Beatles. Just a couple days ago the whole bottom floor of my building flooded and they haven't done much at all about it. Reviews 1-star and up are from staff. Dishonest! Any comment mentioning said pool is clearly from staff... We haven't had a pool in over a year. Their dishonest reviews are unethical. Awful place to live. NOT FOR KIDS OR FAMILY. There is theft and drugs literally everywhere. The hallways are constantly flooding and stink of cigarettes and garbage. There's also mice and roaches. Solara Apartments are Terrific! Check it out! Solara Apartments is nestled north of the clean, scenic downtown SLC shopping and dining area, but just remote enough to remain out of sight for the many who enjoy serenity. SPARE YOURSELF THE HORROR. Solara apartments is a complete joke. Never in my life have a lived anywhere as filthy and mismanaged. The apartments are EXTREMELY overpriced. They'll show an alright model apartment but the one you'll end up in I guarantee has water damage, roaches, nasty stained carpet, broken cabinets/fixtures and RATS. They frequently lose rent checks, misapply payments, and inaccurately serve vacate notices. Previously City Park Apartments They operated under City Park Apartments for a very long time before changing their name due to the negative reviews. If you'd like accurate reviews of the facility look up reviews under "City Park Apartments" google shows 1.5 stars. (I'm surprised it's that high, but I guess 0 stars isn't possible) Between poorly managed and absolutely filthy, I recommend you take your money elsewhere. Don't live here This Apartment complex is the worst I've ever lived in. It has cockroaches and mice. The neighbors are dirty and leave garbage, food (like bones) and dog waste everywhere. While the maintenance staff is good and responsive, the expensive things like windows and water damage do not get repaired for long periods of time. There are a lot of hidden fees that add about $100 to your monthly rent (based on one person in the apartment). Did I mention the cockroaches?
This apartment is totally messy. I hate this apartment. I am currently living in this apartment with one year contract. This apartment has bothering me since I came here. There are several problems for maintenance stuff, noisy, and so on. I never recommend you to come here.
