Garbage Apts. Please read. Hmm... Mice, Roaches, the worst floors I've ever seen. Cheap heating. Dumpsters are always full, and surrounded by trash. They never re-fill the dog baggies for #2, so the result is never being able to walk on the grass because it's littered with dog leftovers. Ripped me off by $250 I submitted an application for residence at Solara apartments on 02/25/2019, which included a non-refundable $40 application fee and a "refundable" $250 administration fee. I called the next day to check on the status of my application, to which I was told that it would probably be approved or denied by the end of the day. No, no, no! One of the very few amenities that makes this place barely tolerable is the pool. Called today to see when it was opening, and was told "they're trying to decide." A few bad apples have rendered the pool closed. Why are the 90% of rent paying good tenants being punished? According to Holden, they are going to fix the fence, then decide. TERRIBLE! I wish I would have known how terrible it would be to live here! It’s so nasty! There’s a cockroach investigation and mice! Dog poop everywhere. Smells terrible in the halls. They want to do improvements on the outside but forget the inside. There’s a homeless man that somehow gets in and sleeps in the hallway when we are supposed to have door codes. DONT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE PROBLEMS!!!!

Horrible place Bed bugs, neighbors play loud music and shout every day. They smoke inside the apartment and the smell comes to my bathroom. The management never does anything about it! disappointed.

DON'T LIVE HERE Infested with bugs and mice, management staff does nothing when problems are reported. Homeless people are everywhere including laundry room inside the building, starting fights with tenants and putting children in danger. As well as all the crack heads yelling and smoking right outside our window as well as beating each other up. place is horrible we submitted an application and looked at the model home, it was good. Then we went to the actual apartment once we finished everything and were told that it was a renovated model it was utter garbage. cockroaches were the first thing I saw when I walked in. The bathtub had rust in it and there patching of holes are horrible looks like they just put a piece of wood on the wall and then painted over it. Overall it was just horrible.

Don't live here When my wife and I moved in the carpets smelled so strongly of cigarettes that my wife got headaches for weeks. We had to do a deep clean of the entire apartment which I didn't complain too much about because it was the cheapest place I could find. But now, a year after I've moved out, a collection agency is asking for $800 for cleaning and damages. If you think you'll save some money by living here, think again. Also several times had drunk or drugged up people in my stairs and hallway.
