I’ve heard some decent things about this place but was not impressed. Walked in about 6pm to get a pedicure with Shellac. Waited for about 20 minutes or so, before they finally let a very young man (looked to be a teenager) not even sure if he had a manicurist/cosmetologist license work on my pedicure. I got the $40 pineapple/coconut pedi, and it was NOT worth $40. today was my first time here and I absolutely loved this place! It is so clean, and customer service was fantastic. They did a great job!
I just had the most wonderful experience here. I just randomly pick it as I am from Nacogdoches and luckily was assigned to Sam. She was wonderful, accomedating, happy , cheerful and engaging. She was so very very generous with her time and talents for over an hour and helped me celebrate my birthday weekend and she didn’t know me from Adam or( Eve). The whole staff was very friendly, professional and a beautiful and clean atmosphere. I will definitely be back
I always love going because everyone is friendly and helpful. It is a place I can always relax. As soon as you walk in your asked if you'd like a beverage (currently pregnant so no booze for me). Everyone is always helpful and asks your preferences. when seeing negative reviews I always wonder what the cause is because I have always had amazing experiences and have been going for nearly a year now. Love Scott and Yen!!! They are both so pleasant. Looking forward to celebrating their 1 year anniversary at the end of this month. Love my nails and always treated so well when I’m there. So nice to visit with Yen and Scott. Will definitely continue to use them. They have so many options to choose from. I think this place is under new ownership. I used to come here all the time but I recently moved away. But today I was in town today so I went and a lot has changed. For one the prices! Holy cow! I paid $40 more then I did for the same stuff I got somewhere else two weeks ago. Also they charged me for using a credit card. Which I understand the fees they charge business owners. This place does NOT even deserve one star. Pricing is outragous. Who charges $30 for a full set and then a extra $20 for the gel polish? The quality of the polish isn’t even worth $5. Let’s NOT forget to mention they drop supplies on the ground, pick it up and proceed to using it on you without proper sanitation. Prices are not listed anywhere. I will NEVER go here again.
The prices are great. Mrs. Lucy is the greatest. Employees are nice and friendly.
