Terrible company to deal with when it comes to customer service. I have had ongoing leakage issues since installation and asked them to organise an inspection but they got defensive. I agreed to pay $350 for the inspection but its been almost 3 months and they havent been unable to send a service technician. Be aware who you are dealing with as they attract customers with competitive pricing but fail to take accountability on workmanship.
Be careful with solar sales promises. They’ll say your bill will drop 70–80%, but most power is used at night, so savings are more like 10–20%. I spent $12k and my $1500 quarterly bill only dropped to about $1400. It can take 15+ years to break even. Check your usage, and only get a system that covers 20–30% of your daytime needs—don’t get talked into buying a big unit you don’t need. I simply want other people not to make mistake which I made.
