I have been dodged and ignored since the lying salesman took our deposit in September of 2019. Promised a 10 week install date and as of February 2020 still no panels. Do not trust them.
We started back in June and just got connected this past week. We were lied to from get go one, so we have learned. We lose power almost weekly and were told it would never happen again because the panels will store power for 30 hours. We said we will do it after we get a new roof put on, but were told they have roofers that can do the job too. Big mistake, because their roofers were awful and we ended up with leaks, so after a lot of yelling we got it replaced for a second time. When our utility company came out in October ... read more
Please do not use this company. We have been through **** and back and now they are threatening to put a lien on our newly bought home because we won't release the funds on this system that isn't working. We do not have a the meter and they have lied so much they can't keep their stories straight now. We started in June 2019. It is now October 4, 2019. There was a group of contracted salespeople that misled a number of customers. They have been fired and over 50 systems have been installed in the past 2 months. There was a surge of unexpected business. Add to that a very complex TVA process. The expectation should be 12-20 weeks in TN not 6-8. Started the process to buy our system the first week of June 2019. When we agreed to purchase we were told there would be a 30-45 day turnaround for install once financing was approved. Once we had our refinance approval the third week of July we were told our system was being ordered. Solar choice was paid 7/31/19 ($28,500). After calling several times we were given an install date of 9/2/19. On 9/1/19 we still hadn't heard form the installer that is supposed to call at least a day before so we called to check on the status... read more

Solar Choice is not the right Choice!! They lie to customers and do not make payments on time to Surveyors and do not pay surveyors what they are owed. They tell surveyors they will be paid a certain amount and when they are paid, they are paid differently. Anne ****** and Josh is not to be TRUSTED!!!!

All surveyors are required to turn in the proper information to get paid. Please submit any requests to accounting with proper documentation and you will be paid.
I recently had my system installed in March. I am very pleased with stellar service I received from the company. I was amazed at how they handled the installation process. They were very clean and professional.... it was a big help since I have OCD and can't stand things out of place. My bill power bill is a thing of the past and I recommend and person to try solar. Our world is being saved by going green.
