The infusion nurses are really nice! Can make an appointment and get in really quickly too! Insurance folks make sure you are covered and will totally assist you with anything you need and help with insurance problems. Lab techs are really nice and accommodating! They will let your family members or friends come back with you. Dr. Chai is really nice and will explain anything to you! She will try to make sure that everything is in sync with you!
