Staff was awesome :) I love my scooter. When I came in the sales lady was so helpful in getting the right scooter to suit my needs . I recommend solano to anyone needing a scooter

Would not recommend Solano Cycle to anybody. I brought my scooter in before break to be serviced and when I returned to pick it up my scooter had not even been looked at. Continuously, I was charged for both the repairs and storage when it was not even in the store for storage at all. I left after I was told that the repairs on my scooter were a "quick fix" and returned a couple days later only to see my scooter STILL had not been looked at.
