Great customer service, the employees at the Jacksonville Beach location consistently go out of their way to help me when I come by. Whether it's maintenence questions, finding gear or purchasing a bike, they always have me leaving happy. I definitely am happy that I chose this shop to purchase my Kymco K-pipe 125. Good job guys!
After calling 4 tire shops and finding that they will not change a valve stem on a motorcycle tire, One manager telling me not to call the Harley shop because they refused to work on his tire..because it was a Honda. I called Solano, after a short story of my trouble he said no problem. Dropping off my tire and rim,John took great care in changing the stem , the rim is black and original to my 82 Honda silverwing ,was very happy to see someone who takes pride in their work!Thanks again John.
