Worst service ever and will keep your scooter forever just to fix the most simple things.
Staff was awesome :) I love my scooter. When I came in the sales lady was so helpful in getting the right scooter to suit my needs . I recommend solano to anyone needing a scooter

I will never ever be going back. I have owned an icebear maddog I purchased brand new for appr. 4 months and it's a piece of trash. Nothing was assembled properly and they wouldn't fix it because it's "not in warranty." Don't ever buy anything from this retailer because you have no way to know if their awful techs even assembled your scooter properly. I'm now $2K in the hole on a scooter I can't even ride safely.
I was very pleased with the service and manager. Amber made it smooth and I am excited to be a new scooter owner.
The staff here is great. They just got rid of some douchebag that was insulting the customers and trashing their reputation. I'm not asking you to lie, but the next time you're out this way, stop in and ask some questions. And then leave an honest google review. They need some positive feedback to overwrite the bad stuff this guy invoked.
