Went to the shop multiple times waiting for a part for my scooter and it never came in due to the fact that the staff hadn't called in the part. When I was getting my scooter speedometer fixed, it broke within a matter of hours and they ended up tampering with my light instead of actually fixing the problem that I came in with. I feel like every time I go in to get my scooter serviced, something is wrong with it shortly after.
I would definitely recommend Solano Cycle! Helped me pick out the best scooter for me and answered every question I had.
Love it here, highly recommend going here to purchase a scooter. People are so helpful, especially Kendall graham! If you ever need help ask for her, she's wonderful and super attentive!
These guys were the absolute worst. They didn't know what was wrong with my scooter and took over 2 months to get it back to me.
Thirty minutes after I gave them one star they called me and asked me to take it down lol. If only they called that quickly when they had my scooter for two months last year. The service is horrible, don't waste your time here.
Worst company to buy scooter from, I purchased a scooter for my son in January of last year and the scooter has been in the shop more than with my son. Terrible customer service, scooter broke down not even a month after purchase and took weeks to fix and scooter was stored there at their store from April to August. When my son went back to school the scooter again wouldn't start, another promise broken.
