RecommendedWe had a heck of a move in with the awful traffic getting there then the bank money order department being closed. They could’ve just said sorry we can’t do anything we are closed, but thank God they didn’t and they are human! I have a small child so Beth definitely went above and beyond and came back to the office and making sure we got everything. I worked with Magbis about 1-2 months ago and had a wonderful experience with her. Everything was very organized and easy to understand. She is so friendly and I love seeing her around the property! She's a very special person who is relatable.
Garbage complex, and they try to stiff you on your deposit. Avoid.
I appreciate that areas need to be "renovated", however, when you're in an OFFICE building attempting to have a professional conversation having constant JACK HAMMERING in the background for hours on end is beyond unprofessional - there are just no words. I cannot believe that there is not a better way to accomplish this, even if it means hiring night crews instead of providing all tenants with never ending headaches. (333 S. Grand Ave.)
I was very exited to see this complex today but it turned out that the customer service is really bad. I asked to see a townhouse type apartment and the sales person did not show what anI expected. After waiting an hour. After showing unit she kicked me out giving the site map with no information at all. It was a bad experience.
Day two of hot water issue with a possibility of not having it tonight either. Unreal. Brand new apartments that cost way too much and no hot water and dishwasher has been broken since Friday and not fixed yet. Good times
