the water is constantly shut off for "emergency maintenance" we have constant problems with our trash service and the office seems to be little to no help.we are not ever notified before the water gets turned off. it is unacceptable because we have an infant that requires water for formula.when we call the office and let them know that the water is shut off usually they don't have an ETA for when it's coming back on. this place is a joke, overpriced, and full of roaches and ants. hopefully this post will draw some attention ... read more

There was some trouble in 3 months since i am stay here. Hot water pipe damaged, cockroaches and fire alarm...its really bad and my block is on fire alarm now, its took some hours but no one come to fix. OMG ThanksGiving Day!!!
Recommendedvery peaceful , everyone seems really friendly. I love the location, I like the proximity to store and town activities . the staff is really friendly and they are always on top of maintenance requests.
Kudos to Office Coordinator and her wonderful staff that is very kind and compassionate and so willing to accomodate! You've done a Great job! The Maintenance crew is Top Notched never seen a Team like this! The whole staff at Solana makes living here a Great Big Plus!

Don't ever live here. The place is infested with mold and bugs. Management couldn't care less about the issues presented. If you like company there's plenty of homeless drug addicts to hang out with while you do your laundry in the laundry room with poor drainage plumbing. If you need entertainment, there's always a live Jerry Springer show outside. Tread carefully though, you might step on poop on the way out to catch a glimpse. Filthy and covered in roaches and always will be. No one helps you here. I’ve had my apartment broken into twice, they promised to put on a lock on the back door and they still haven’t. They probably will delete this post as well
It's getting better and nicer.
