Hi, my family and I have been residing in the Solamonte community for four years this October. Our experience here has been phenomenal. The campus is clean, the office staff are always available, and the residents are very friendly. The apartment units are well built, and equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. Solamonte has provided us with an excellent experience of touring and moving into the community. The front desk staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs and questions. Especially Myriam who oversaw every step along the way!
Cornelio handled the maintenance repair requests quickly and efficiently. Also friendly and professional.
Cornelio is the man!! Went above and beyond what I needed. Put a request in for a drain cleaning and he offered to fix my toilet which he also noticed wasn’t working correctly and even took care of some broken hinges. Thank you for the excellent service!!
