My partner and I have lived here for over 2 years and we have never had issues, till now. The complex introduced a strict parking policy. We are allowed 2 parking spaces but my partner on 2 occasions did not park in his assigned carport space. Each time his car was towed. $420 the first time, $570 the second time. I can’t recommend Solamonte Apartments enough, especially Myriam. I toured 13 apartment communities and researched countless others before making my decision, and Myriam was by far the best leasing agent I worked with. I called just 45 minutes before the office closed, and instead of rushing me off the phone, she took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me honest, helpful advice before we had even met.
