The facility is clean and the workers in the front office are friendly and helpful. The common area is really nice, conference room and game is nice as well. I like the how close it is to the metro link and Ontario Mills, it's all very convenient.

Recently toured these apartments, Overall my experience was amazing thanks to Stefanie, she was super sweet and very attentive! she guided me to multiple units and every single amenity that the property provides. unfortunately it was not what I was looking for.

Extremely, extremely disappointed in my experience. The gates were always broken, the mail boxes were broken. The pool was closed more than a handful of times. I was on time or early with rent and just to get maintenance to handle maintenance level issues was like pulling teeth. My apartment flooded and they never came to fix the flooring, leaving us walking around with nails out and soaked carpet for 2 weeks before I moved out. So we toured Solomante and other apartments the beginning of August 2025. We ultimately chose Solomante because of the unit we toured. It had a beautiful balcony that was a dealbreaker from the rest of the other apartments. So we applied, payed our holding deposit for this specific apartment. They ran our credit, we signed all leasing documents for this unit, and we were approved!
