Shout out to Cornelio our maintenance guy! He’s always so on it and super helpful! He literally knocks out all our issues in one visit! He’s so super helpful and attentive when it comes to fixing issues in our apartment! He doesn’t fix something quickly and leaves he makes sure it’s all working, nothing is loose and even cleans up in case he had to drill anything before he leaves! He’s always on it and gets the job done with no delays!
This review is for Adrian Delgado. He responded to a maintenance request for my kitchen light that went out and my dryer that wasn’t working. He was quick, professional, and took his time to explain everything. Fixed the issues and was in and out within a few hours. Awesome experience and appreciate his professionalism.
We have been living here for about a year now, These apartments are very nice, clean and pet friendly. The only thing that sucks here is the parking. Whenever we have had a maintenance issue, Cornelio has been amazing every time. He’s always friendly, respectful, and very reliable. He takes the time to make sure everything is fixed correctly and never makes you feel rushed. It’s really reassuring to know we have someone like him who genuinely cares about doing a great job. We truly appreciate all his hard work!
