I signed a lease last august with the previous land owner under the DBA of Sonoma Shadows. The terms of the contract were met when I paid the rent for this August. I am not happy living here. It's the type of place that makes you feel that you living in the ghetto. I haven't been able to get my stove fixed in the almost two years that I have lived here. The paint is coming off the bathtub and it is dangerous and it has been this way since I moved here in August of 2016. Management can't even tell you where the laundry rooms are and can't give you a proper key to get in the ones they say are working.
