Trash. Maintenance orders never answered , horrible office staff , paid for things that should’ve been included in my unit & was never reimbursed. Save your money & go elsewhere.
they lie about pricing on their website. insist on charging you a holding fee when you apply, after you apply they up the price without your consent then when you cancel they again insist on taking their sweet time to refund your fees. horrible customer service. the reps act stupid when you question them.
I moved here on august, and went on vacations on october out of state. When I get back to the apartment, I found that I get robbed, everything I had is gone. I placed an complain to the administration with the police report, so they release my lease so I can move to another property, was waiting a month and a half for the response, went 3 times to the office looking for an answer, and at the end, the property manager told me that if I want to break the lease, I have to pay 4 months of rent, and they don't guarantee my safety... read more
Lived here for almost two years and I can’t wait to move the apartments are old and out dated and the staff here is absolutely horrible
-5 star rating Absolutely horrible management. extremely slow to respond to maintenance issues. Every month they try to cheat you out of more money. Make false claims of money owed yet can't provide paperwork to prove. l DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!
Don't believe the 5 star review. The lady works there as well as lives there. Here is the real damage done to the apartments that they did not fix, then decided to evict anyone who refused to pay rent. It has taken them 3 weeks to get to us, after our lawyer chesed them up. And they threatened to enter the apartment without our permission because this was "an emergency" Well it wasn't and emergency when we were having the leaks. now all of a sudden they are getting bad press, that's their emergency. So here is my review. 3 weeks of leaks. Roofs falling in around most apartments. No fix on the smoke alarms or the dish washer and if you refuse to payvrent when they break the law they evict you. Don't believe me? They were on the local news about it and just check their google and Yelp reviews. Also if they tell you to call their main office. Don't waste your time. It's a PR stunt. They won't help you.
They found two bodies in the apartment by us we had been complaining about the smell of rotten bodies for weeks they did nothing about our complaints we found a maggot on our floor they still did nothing about it horrible place
