The service by reception was very poor. Unknowledgeable staff paired with an "I don't care attitude"! Overpriced would not return. Sorry but this is a lemon in the Valley!!

Absolutely nothing to complain about here. The spa was amazing, food, wine, living quarters, bikes, cars. Absolutely a heavenly oasis tucked in the hills and a nice bike ride from all the best vineyards. I died and went to heaven for a weekend here.

Had a wonderful time. Not stuffy, very relaxed and facilities wonderful. Restaurant was good but service was choppy which affected the experience a bit. Overall, really enjoy and will go back
