Very bad experience, this is the worse job/caretaker business. You will not get paid on time. Julius the owner, manger will indeed lie to you and give you the run around. I had to wait over and over to get my delayed paychecks that was owned to me. Do not use this place of business please save your self the trouble and frustration. Will be file a complaint!!!
You only get one star because I can't give you zero. Had to approval from my insurance since December 15th. It has been a month and I still have not heard anything I have not talked to anybody but yet they are requesting my medical records. Do not go to them find somebody else
They accepted a patient who needed lab draws. Refused to go to do the lab draw on scheduled day and wanted to wait a week. He was on vancomycin and needed lab draw that day for infectious disease doctor- this was clearly stated on orders. Staff in office is very unprofessional and you cannot get anyone to call you back. Do not recommend for home health services. Another agency was found in area and started services immediately where this agency delayed his care and could have made him end up back in the ER.
This is the worst agency I’ve ever seen and I’ve been in healthcare for 15 years. He still hours from his employee makes promises he does not intend to keep says he goes and see patient in fraudulently documents whenever he didn’t actually go see your patient but charge is Medicare in the VA for seeing patient. He didn’t physically actually go see This place needs to be put out of business.
