The communication was great even after hours.I left a message at 7 pm and dispatcher called me 30 min later.They scheduled service in two day even in a vey busy time.Later one of the A/C system stopped working because of the fan/compressor problem.******* came next morning by quizzing between scheduled appointment.He quickly determined that the fan must be replaced.Later the same day he pick up the new fan from Lenox and installed it.I am glad that I have a service contract with these guys.Very efficient and very helpful.***... read more
