I purchased a new ***************** from Solace in June 2022. There were problems with the installation, problems with cooling, and problems with heating. I was told I needed a new roof, which I had done, and I was told I needed attic insulation, which I also had done. I had the pleasure of meeting **** and *****, who are hands down professional, personable, and do things the right way. ******* was my point of contact until the crew arrived and the level of engagement was extremely professional. I will be referring them to everyone I know who is in need of any service Solace provides.
Purchased a new HV** system, installed December 30, 2022. I purchased the exact system I wanted after doing research and not what other companies offered according to what they had in stock. Crew was professional and didn't seem to mind a hand full of questions during the install. Immediately used heating upon completion of install and it worked great, system is quiet and heats quickly.
