Yesterday my wife and I finally made it out to Sol Y Luna Mexican Cuisine. The service was excellent, the place was clean and had a great atmosphere. We started with the sampler platter which on the menu says serves three, but plenty for a bigger party, we took a lot of it home. Chips and salsa were very good. I am not really a 5 star reviewer however Sol y Luna has earned it. Bold and sweet balance of spices took me back to the wonderful memories of my great grandma and grandmother cooking. The Mexican rice was perfect, light and flaky not heavy. The refried beans were full of flavor. The temperature of food was excellent. Whoever is running the kitchen is doing an excellent job.
