RecommendedI am a vegetarian that also eats gluten free. I ordered the vegetable burrito without the actual burrito and it was delicious. I got a plate filled with wonderfully seasoned vegetables and rice. Plenty to eat. So nice to be able to find a restaurant that I can find yummy food and stay within my diet.

The food is awesome taste like authentic Mexican food.
Hand rolled cheese enchiladas with seasoned Spanish rice and charro beans. Dinner was served piping hot, fresh and authenticity delicious. The chips and bean dip are the star of the show. Great hot and fresh chips with house made bean dip that is absolutely fabulous.
One of our favorite Mexican restaurants in Hendo! Love their margaritas!! Always friendly and enjoy the great food! Does not hurt that it is so convenient to our home. 🍸🌮🍸🌮
In all the YEARS we've eaten at Sol y Luna, not once have we been disappointed, nor has the food been 'bland'. My husband was an executive chef for over 30 years, very demanding, and this was his favorite place to dine. Maybe it's the FRESHLY prepared foods, unsmothered in greasy sauces and 'gravies' that so many other restaurants serve and some people are used to, or maybe it's the clean taste of REAL food & not the flown-in frozen stuff from New Jersey that some find too different for their taste?
