The treatment is great but some of the front office people who answer client calls need to work on their people skills. I was seeking help for a double charge on my account and was rudely spoken to when trying to get help.
I was scheduled just under 24 hours of an appointment I couldn’t make, and was told I’d be charged the no show fee if I didn’t make it because I was cancelling within 24 hours. Not being able to afford this, I cancelled my plans, but when I showed up my therapist wasn’t even there. Noelle has been a great help to me on my personal journey. It wasn't easy for me nor was it probably supposed to be nor is it over. I've enjoyed my time with SOL.
Therapy isn't meant to be easy. Dr Noelle and Dr Sarah have helped me in my journey for the past six months, and I'm glad I decided to start taking my mental health healing seriously. You must have an open mind and be as honest as possible, but most importantly, being able to face the truth is the tool that will be needed the most.
