From the moment you walk into Sojourn, you know you are in the right place to receive soulful, mindful, integrative healing. I cannot recommend Sojourn more highly for truly healing your back and body, and giving yourself the long-term tools your body needs in order to learn how to both heal itself from current injury or stress, and also at the same time learn to respond better to future stress or injury. Drs. Kirsten and Joie are both amazing.
