They have been helping me keep my periodontal issues in control for about three years. When I was about to give up on my teeth and have them all pulled out, they convinced me that my hard work would pay off and it has. They did my front bridge about to 2 years ago and every time I see a picture of me smiling I look beautiful. Thank you Dr. Jeff and all your staff! They are godly people and they put themselves in your position making the sure that you can smile without any hesitation!
I have used Allen Dental Center for years. The staff, from the front desk - to check out are all knowledgable and efficient. The hygienists are caring, kind and thorough. Of course the dentists sets the pace for the entire staff....and they are awesome!!
I really enjoy this dental office. The office staff is friendly. My hygenist (Julia) is awesome and always friendly and welcoming! I have seen both Dr. Steve and Dr. Jeff and they're always pleasant and they take the time to ask/answer questions.
I have felt very calm and almost pampered the 2 times I have been in the Allen Dental Center. As one who has had to have many dental procedures, I have become anxious about visiting the dentist, but not at this dental office. Thank you for realizing the need for this calm.
Allen Dental Center is the best! From the time you walk in the door the ladies at the front desk make you feel so welcome. The care is excellent and everyone makes you feel like you're the most important person in the world. It is the most caring place I know of. I'm so thankful to Dr. Jeff for the fine work he did in my mouth and for my smile. Excellent work on the part of everyone there. You're all like my family!
I met Brittany,my hygienist for the first time today. Although I've always had excellent service at Allen Dental, I've never felt so well-informed as I did today...simply because she more than just politely suggested that I do a better job of flossing. She demonstrated how I could do a better job, gave me a special floss holder tool, and even showed me my troublesome spots to pay special attention to. She put the fun back into having a healthy mouth,honestly! Now I'll be back for my WaterPic and back on track:)
All the staff are incredibly personable and friendly. I look forward to my visits because I know I'm getting quality care.
