The hygienists were right on time and very sweet to both my kids. They helped my anxious child become nearly eager to go to the dentist.
I love Allen Dental Center. Dr.'s Jeff and Steve are so caring and interested in their patients. I'm sure the new dentist that has joined the group is the same way. I just haven't met him yet. I love the hygienists. Everyone in the office is wonderful!!! It's so nice to hear KLTY on the radio when I go in. I would recommend them to anyone who is shy of the dentist. There is also a no interest credit card that you can use which is wonderful also.
As always, my visit to Allen Dental Center was very pleasant and professional.
I used to loathe going to the dentist but everyone from the front desk on up to the Doctors are friendly and welcoming. They truly care about each and every patient and you feel that!
I had an appointment at 6:00 with Brittany. The office called me at 5:15 to say her earlier appointment finished quicker than expected and could I come earlier--I was thrilled and was there in 5 minutes! This was my first time with Brittany and she was wonderful--she was gentle and explained everything clearly. She also asked frequently if I was ok and was obviously very concerned for my comfort!
