Everything is new and clean, may say super clean. And the staff are very nice and friendly. I love saunas especially charcoal room and salt room. Very interesting thing is that you feel different, charcoal room's temperature is higher than salt room's, but you feel salt room is hotter . I like the salads and Bibimbap in cafeteria. I will go back soon.

I thought the layout and how clean everything is was amazing.. This place is sooooo relaxing! Tge only thing i didnt like is that there was no smoking section so i was not able to stay my full day admission i left after 4 hours because you cannot smoke anywhere!! Other than that the food was good, there were so many different pools, hot tubs and saunas and the view of manhattan is beautiful!!

Can't wait till it's fully functional. Not a lot to offer for younger kids but overall an awesome experience for my family. Very clean with pleasant staff working non stop. Just need an entrance sign for cars. Credit/debit card system have glitches but they have onsite tech support available. Excited to return when the infinity pool, foot massage path and rooftop are open.
There are still a few things that are not open yet (the full service restaurant, no alcohol, the infinity pool and rooftop on last floor is to come), but the outdoor pool is really nice with the massage jets and waterfall, etc. Even when it's cold out, the pools are nice and heated. There is an area for kids that is really nice with slides and a pool, and then an indoor area for kids as well. A lot of it is adults only, which I enjoy so I can relax. The saunas are amazing. Very classy, brand new place. Staff is friendly. Hot tubs & saunas are excellent! Wish I could afford to come every week Hahahaha!
One of the best spa clubs I've been to in years. The staff is extremely friendly. The facility it's self is beautiful and the spa treatments are one of a kind. Had an amazing spa day with my girlfriends. The food was to die for. Will definitely go again and can't wait sit till all of the levels are guess rooms are opened. Great place for a relaxing day on your own, with friends or that special someone.
