Absolutely loved everything about the facility everything was top notch elegant and trendy...would definitely recommend everyone try it and during the week admission is 10$ cheaper before 11am so you get the whole entire day for just 35$ !!! Food was delicious and very generous portions !
Went there today for the first time with my friend and we enjoyed ourselves very much. Had an additional service done which was a scrub, massage and hair shampooing done which was AWESOME! Can't wait to have that done again� But there is some minor tweaking that will for sure help benefit this new establishment but in due time I'm hoping for these things to correct themselves during our next visit. Sooooooooo relaxing , all the pool are heated except one. Water slide play ground for the kids, beautiful views of the Hudson and very friendly staff.

I was really looking forward to visiting this facility and getting massages but after hearing a friend's experience - they offered to reschedule with the spa for another day after seeing rain on the forecast but were told it would be worked out somehow - the pools were then closed and managers have not been returning their call. This is not the way to conduct business. Very poor customer service. How is anyone supposed to go there if it suddenly rains during their visit and they do not get to enjoy the pools ??
Awesome spa with so many options available. The food here is great too. Fun for the whole family.
My girls and I went for a spa day. When you first enter and check in to your locker on the first floor, you must take your shoes off and pretty much just don't wear anything on your feet anywhere in the facility. You can wear paper slippers going to the bathroom - very strict and that's all. Upon checking in on the 2nd locker set to put away our belongings, my friend found a dead cockroach in her locker and I had an old towel and hanger hanging in mine. Went there with my hubby. Got a massage and tried all different types of sauna rooms. Real high end and elegant facility. Never seen anything like this before. Definitely thumbs up. Can't wait for the weather gets better so we can take kids for water rides and outdoor pool.
I came SoJo spa to celebrate my anniversary. Instead of leaving relaxed and rejuvenated I left beyond disappointed and purely frustrated. The spa highlights are the outdoor heated pools that overlook the NYC skyline. I saw in the forecast the day prior that thunderstorms were anticipated during our scheduled time to visit the spa.
