I was there on a Thursday morning & stayed till around 4. The place was clean & atmosphere was tranquil...till about 3. The place got a little crowded & the vibe changed. I think if there was staff walking around some people would feel more inclined to speak softer & act accordingly. Also, I felt that there was very little attention given to educating the client to which service is best to do, for how long, & in which order. It was my first time at this spa. We arrived at 11am and was greeted by a welcoming staff. This place was clean and the amenities was great. I felt the serenity of the spa until 3pm. That’s when the afternoon crowd came in. The energy quickly turned for the worse for me and a few other guest. Talking loud on their cell everywhere including the Relaxation Room!! Great place beautiful scenery... only didn’t give it 5 stars because they tried to double charge us during check out ��� ... always check out at FRONT DESK!!!
It was like a vacation and only 30 min. away!!
I have never enjoyed a spa day like I did here. Truly the best place to unwind and spend a day. Can’t wait to go back
